By accessing this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

Booking and Services

Even Bright Shore provides professional makeup artistry and beauty consultation services. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

Service Location

Services may be provided at our location, your location, or another agreed-upon location. For on-location services, additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. The final price for services will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment

For bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Health and Safety

Client safety is our top priority. By using our services, you agree to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe providing services could pose a health risk to you or our staff.

All our equipment and tools are sanitized according to industry standards. Our makeup artists maintain high hygiene standards to ensure a safe experience.

Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through the Site.

Photography and Portfolio Use

We may photograph our work for portfolio purposes. By using our services, you grant us permission to use photographs of our work on you for our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before your appointment.

User Content

If you submit any information or content to the Site, including reviews, comments, or feedback ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any form, media, or technology.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Site does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

We make no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe.

Due to the nature of makeup artistry, we cannot guarantee identical results to those seen in our portfolio or social media. Individual results may vary based on skin type, condition, and personal features.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or services.

In the event of an allergic reaction or other adverse effects from our services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the reaction. We strongly recommend doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergic reactions.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Even Bright Shore and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
